How to perform this body workout?

#1. Perform two sets and fifteen reps of plank leg triangle per side.

#2. Perform reverse flutter kick for twenty seconds on/ten seconds off for three minutes.

#3. Perform three sets and twenty-five reps of C crunch.

#4. Hold a star plank for one minute.

#5. Perform three sets and fifteen reps of tabletop reverse pikes.

#6. Perform three sets and fifteen reps of butterfly bridges.

#7. Do three sets and ten repetitions of burpees.
